The Home Owners Association was established for the residents of The Cascades to protect the investments of home owners. The Association is responsible for maintenance of the estate entrance, the central parkland and water feature, with the intention to maintain these areas to a high standard.

The Association Committee is made up of residents within the estate and as required by the Associations Incorporation Act, all positions are stood down and re-elected each year at the AGM. Election of office bearers will be held at the next Annual General Meeting scheduled to commence at 7:30pm on Thursday 17 November 2021 in the Banyule Room of the Watsonia Neighbourhood House 47 Lambourn Rd, Watsonia (web site Neighbourhood House / Watsonia Neighbourhood House | Watsonia (watsonianh.org.au).
To nominate for the Committee you must:
own property in the Estate; and
be financially up to date with Estate fees.
If you would like to nominate for a Committee position, complete the Nomination Form and submit via email info@thecascadeshoa.org, or bring on the night of the AGM.
